Can I use Custom Colours?

You can use custom colours by customising your website <Link to Customising Website article>. Different website designs have different colour options including:

  • Primary Colour
  • Secondary Colour
  • Primary Accent Colour
  • Secondary Accent Colour

Our platform will convert these colours into web and accessibility friendly shades, but we will always maintain the colour that you give us as the base colour and use this where possible.

We recommend that all of your colours contrast well with eachother, as you would expect with any good colour scheme.

If you don't have all of the colours:
We will always ask for a Primary and Secondary colour, but if you need an accent colour these are generally used for text so feel free to use white or black (whatever works best as an accent colour)!

Choosing Colours:

If you already have a list of colours that you need to use, you can enter HEX Codes into the colour options in order to set your colour scheme. You can convert RGB, HSL, HSB and CYMK colours to HEX Colours using the https://rgb.to/ website, or Pantone(R) Colours to HEX using the Pantone Connect service. If you don't have any colours to start with, you can use our colour wheel to choose a colour.
